How it works

    Activate your code

    Go to Referrals in your partner dashboard and turn it on. You can customize it with your property name so it's easy to give out over the phone.

  2. 02

    Share the link

    Send it over WhatsApp to another hotelier, the villa next door or the guide you work with. The link fills the code in on the sign-up form.

  3. 03

    You get paid when they sell

    The benefit shows up in your dashboard on hold as soon as we approve their account, and becomes yours once that partner completes their first booking — a stay or tour that already took place and wasn't cancelled. They have 90 days to do it.

The rules, no fine print

  • It pays for bookings, not sign-ups. Ten accounts that never sell earn nothing.
  • While it waits, the benefit is still shown to you, with the deadline and what's missing. If the deadline passes with no completed booking, it lapses.
  • Only new bookings count: one your referral completed before signing up with your code validates nothing.
  • Nobody refers themselves, and if several commission discounts overlap the largest one applies: they never stack.
  • We may adjust or pause the program. If we do, benefits already granted keep their own numbers and run their course: nothing already promised is taken back.

Common questions

Can I change my code?
Yes, up to three times. Keep in mind that links you already shared with the old code stop counting, so it pays to choose well the first time.
When does my commission become valid?
Once your referral completes their first booking within their 90 days. Until then you see it in your dashboard as on hold. Once valid, if it's money it builds up as a balance and is settled along with your payouts.
Who can I refer?
Anyone who can list on Reservar.do: hotels, villas, apartments, country houses and tour guides. Referring an account that already exists doesn't count.
What counts as a completed booking?
A stay or tour that already took place and wasn't cancelled. No need to wait for any payout run. And there's no limit on partners: each one you bring who sells generates their own benefit.
