The one that starts with «I have your booking right here» and ends with «but the room is taken».
Most properties keep two records at once: the online bookings, and the notebook —or the spreadsheet, or the WhatsApp group— where phone and walk-in guests get written down. Both are kept carefully. The problem isn't tidiness: it's that there are two, and nobody can watch both at eleven at night.

Housekeeping
When the guest checks out, the room is flagged as needing cleaning. It goes back on sale when someone cleans it and says so.
Cash drawer per cashier
Each person opens their own shift declaring the cash. At close they count, and the system says what's missing or over — with a name and a time.
DGII tax receipts
Off, you issue internal receipts with no tax fields. On, it consumes the NCF ranges the DGII authorized to your RNC, with no gaps and no duplicates.
Your team
Register your receptionist with their email and password. They see their front desk and nothing else: not your numbers, not your payouts, not your bank account.

Your direct bookings pay no commission
None. A walk-in you register at the desk is entirely yours: it never enters a payout and never gets deducted.
We don't ask for a card or a contract
No lock-in, no setup fee, no charge per room. If you stop using it tomorrow, you paid nothing.
Why we give it to you
Because when you run your hotel here, your availability stays alive and correct. That lets us sell your rooms without overbooking — and on those sales we do earn commission. It's in our interest that you use it.
What we don't do with your data
Your direct bookings are your operation. The site only «sees» that the room became unavailable: not the guest's name, not the rate you gave them.
